Brain or Burpees
Terms of Service
Last updated 14 June 2026
By playing Brain or Burpees you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
What this is
Brain or Burpees is a social party trivia game where wrong answers earn light exercise "forfeits." It is entertainment, not a coaching, training, or medical service.
Health & safety — read this
Exercise carries inherent risk. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Brain or Burpees is not medical or fitness advice. Consult a physician before exercising, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have any health condition. Warm up, use good form, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Every forfeit can be skipped or swapped for an easier one. If you host a game, you are responsible for making sure your guests play safely and within their own limits. We are not liable for any injury arising from play.
Acceptable use
Keep it friendly. Don't use the game to harass, bully, or pressure anyone, don't enter offensive nicknames or topics, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. We may end access for misuse.
Accounts
You can play without an account. An optional sign-in (email, Google, or Apple) saves your stats. You are responsible for activity on your account; contact us to delete it.
Camera (No-Cheat mode)
No-Cheat mode uses your device camera only on-device to count reps. The video is never recorded or uploaded. Honor mode is always available instead. See our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated questions
Some questions are generated by AI and are filtered for safety, but may occasionally contain an error or an awkward phrasing. Please report anything off so we can fix the pack.
Intellectual property
The Brain or Burpees name, design, and software are ours. Exercise demonstration media is licensed from a third-party provider for use inside the app only — it may not be extracted, scraped, redistributed, or used outside the app.
No warranty & liability
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise undertaken during play.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued play means you accept the changes.
