About
Why we built Brain or Burpees
Quiz nights are fun, but the loser just… loses. Nothing happens. We wanted the stakes you actually feel — the kind that make a room erupt. So we gave every wrong answer a price: an exercise forfeit. Miss a question and you're doing squats while everyone cheers (or jeers).
Trivia you feel
Brain or Burpees is Kahoot crossed with a workout. Two to twelve players join a room on their phones, a question hits every screen at once, and the fastest correct answer wins the round. Get it wrong and you sweat. It's a party game first — the fitness is the punchline, not a program.
“The loser doesn't just lose. The loser does burpees — while the whole room watches.”
Zero setup, all chaos
No signup, no downloads to join — just a 4-letter code. Any topic you can name, AI writes the questions for. Forfeits scale to your space, so it works in a living room, a gym, or an office. And if you want proof the reps really happened, our No-Cheat mode counts them with your camera, entirely on-device.

Meet the founder
Brain or Burpees is the first chapter of Melih's building journey — his debut product, and the one he's betting will change what “screen time” even means. The frustration that started it is simple: we burn hours on screens that leave us drained and alone, while the moments that actually light us up are the ones spent with people — moving, laughing, competing.
So he's building Brain or Burpees to put those back together: to turn passive scrolling into active play you do shoulder-to-shoulder with friends. The goal is unapologetically big — to make this the trivia-meets-exercise app people reach for first, the default way friend groups, families, and teams turn a flat evening into a story they retell. Every wrong answer that gets someone off the couch, every room that erupts, every rep that never felt like a workout: that's screen time worth having.
This is day one. Melih is building in the open, shipping fast, and listening hard. Got a topic you want to see or an idea to make game night better? Tell him.
